Terms of Use

1 Scope of these Terms of Use

The OnlineMediaNet (“Service Provider”) provides you with the content offered under the domain “www.onlinemedianet.de” on the basis of the following Terms of Use.
When you use the website, you acknowledge the validity of these terms of use. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you must not use this website.

2 Content of the online offering

The individual pages of the online offering have been carefully prepared and checked.
However, the Service Provider assumes no liability whatsoever for the up-to-date nature, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the Service Provider relating to damages of a material or immaterial nature caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information are categorically excluded, provided that there is no evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of the Service Provider. The Service Provider expressly reserves the right to amend, supplement or delete parts of the site or the entire offering without special notice, or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently.

3 Liability for references

The Service Provider is only liable for direct or indirect references to external websites (“links”) that are beyond the responsibility of the Service Provider if it is aware of their content and it is technically possible and reasonable for the Service Provider to prevent use in the case of illegal content.
The Service Provider hereby expressly declares that, at the time the links were inserted, no illegal content was found on the linked pages. The Service Provider has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, the contents, or the authorship of the linked pages. The Service Provider therefore expressly distances him/herself from all content of all linked sites which may have been changed after insertion of the link. This statement applies to all links and references within its own Internet offering. The provider of the site that is referred to is alone liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content, and in particular for damages resulting from the use or non-use of such information presented, and not the Service Provider.

4 Copyright and trademark law

The Service Provider strives to observe applicable copyright laws in all Publications.
Nevertheless, if any copyright infringement should occur, the Service Provider will remove the item in question from its publication or shall label it with the appropriate copyright notice. All brand names and trademarks mentioned within the Internet offering that are possibly protected by third parties are without limitation subject to the provisions of the law on trademarks and related signs and the property rights of the registered owners. A mere mention alone does not imply that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights! The copyright for the own-content on the website is the sole property of the Service Provider. Reproduction of such graphics, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the Service Provider.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., to analyse use of the website.
We use this data exclusively for our own market research and to optimise the design of the website in line with needs.

Data protection

1 Subject matter

OnlineMediaNet is pleased you have visited our website and about your interest in our company and our services.
The protection of your personal data is a serious matter for us and we want you to feel safe while visiting our websites. Any personal data compiled during your visit to our website is processed in line with legal stipulations, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Tele Media Act (TMG). The web pages of OnlineMediaNet may contain links to websites of other providers, to which this Privacy Policy does not extend.

2 Collection, processing and use of data

2.1 Server-Log-Files

When you visit our web pages, our web servers by default save the date and duration of the visit, the websites you visit with us, and information about the browser and operating system you are using in a so-called server log file.
Your IP address is not saved, so no connection with your person can be established. OnlineMediaNet uses this anonymised data to track visitors’ preferences and to accordingly design its web pages in the optimal way.

2.2 Forms

On our website, we use various online forms that facilitate communication between you and us.
These forms are tailored to the needs of the users of our site. Common to all forms is that, in each case, we only mandatorily collect those personal data that are absolutely necessary to process the request. The collection of additional data that is not absolutely necessary, but in which we are interested, only occurs on an optional basis. In such cases, you decide on a voluntary basis whether you want to give data to us, and which data you provide. If you do not want to provide the optional data, we respect your decision. This does not incur any restriction of our service for you. In the following, we will show you in detail what data is collected, processed and used on the respective forms.

2.3 Cookies

A cookie is a data element that a website can send to your browser for it to store there on your system.
Although not every cookie violates data protection regulations, many Internet users are rather skeptical about cookies and consider them an intrusion into their privacy. We have taken these concerns of users into account by completely eliminating the use of cookies.
Editing or deleting data.

3 Editing or deleting data

We only store your data for as long as is necessary to achieve the intended purpose.

4 Information about changes

The information provided here on the data protection is valid as of 25.09.2009.
